Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. All our products ship from Istanbul to the destination of your choice globally. Domestic shipments will be delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo at no cost. International packages are sent via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express Worldwide or TNT.

All shipping providers feature tracking and gets orders to all major markets in 3-5 business days.

North America
 -FedEx International Priority: $35

Australia
 -FedEx International Priority: $47

Europe
 -FedEx International Priority: $25

All Other International
 – DHL: $47

IMPORTANT: Any additional taxes or fees charged by the country of destination is not covered within the purchase. It is customer’s responsibility to pay all import-associated duties and fees. Before placing an order, we advise checking your local customs to determine duties.
 Packages that are refused by the customer because of import duties will not be processed until we receive them back, shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully content about your experience with us.

If you decide to return or exchange the product, please e-mail to [email protected] before physically sending the products right back to us.

All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of billing date in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and additional taxes for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
